When I say I am a Christian

When I say..."I am a Christian", 當我說我是基督徒時，

I'm not shouting "I am saved". 我並不是在向大家嚷嚷：「我已得救」；

I'm whispering "I get lost!" 而是在低聲說，「我曾經迷失過」，

"That is why I chose this way." " 所以我選擇踏上這條路。"

When I say..."I am a Christian", 當我說我是基督徒時，

I don't speak of this with pride. 並不是因為我覺得比你高一等；

I'm confessing that I stumble, 而是承認我一直在蹣跚而行，

and need someone to be my guide. 因此我需要一位生命中的嚮導。

When I say..."I am a Christian", 當我說我是基督徒時，

I'm not trying to be strong. 我並不是在顯示自己很強壯；

I'm professing that I'm weak, 而是在承認自己的軟弱，

and pray for strength to carry on. 並尋求繼續邁步向前的力量。

I'm not bragging of success. 我並不是在吹噓我的成功； 

I'm admitting I have failed, 而是承認自己的失敗，

I submit to my confusion, 而是表達我的疑惑，

asking humbly to be taught. 坦承我需要謙卑的尋找答案。

I'm not claiming to be perfect. 我並不是在宣稱我是完美無暇；  

my flaws are too visible, 而是明白我的缺陷、弱點太明顯，  

but God believes I'm worth it. 但神仍然樂意接納，認為我是有價值的。

I still feel the sting of pain. 我依舊會感受針刺般的痛楚； 

I have my share of heartaches, 不同的是，我多了一位可以分擔我的難受， 

which is why I seek His name. 所以我會繼續尋求祂的名。

I do not wish to judge. 我並不是在評價、批評身旁的人； 

I have no authority. 因為我沒有那個資格， 

I only know I'm loved. 我只知道，祂是深深愛著我的。

【拿掉你的專業，你剩什麼？】

一個竹科高階主管，年薪200萬的大哥分享。

當我的女朋友告訴我，要走出來學習成長、找備胎時，我心想：我的工作這麼好了，還要出來學什麼，找什麼備胎。

我的老師，看到了我看不到的危機，便告訴我『你的工作非常的好，但是拿掉你的專業，你剩什麼？』

他講了一個故事：

有一隻海螺，常看到漁夫拿著長長的釣竿要釣他，每當他看到這危機時，他的頭就縮進去他認為十分安全的殼內，躲避一切。

隔了幾天，他想伸出頭來看看風景，呼吸一下空氣。

他突然發現…周遭環境變的都不太一樣了，他身處在一家海產店，外面標價：50元。

我就像這個海螺，遇到困難，都躲起來。我們在老闆眼中，也只是一個價錢。

我的老師又說：在順境時找出路比在逆境時找退路還來的簡單。



在我上班的公司，若有一個人要升遷，要三位主管聯合視訊開會，其中一位主管得報告為何要讓他升遷，有2/3 的人通過，那個被提名的人才可以升遷。

上個月，我有位部屬因為工作表現不佳，副總一句話，他就走路。

升遷要很多人同意，可是離職卻只是一個人講，就得走。

我們的未來就掌握在一個人的二片薄薄的嘴唇上。但是透過不斷的學習，我讓我的未來掌握在自已手中。

他說：如果你認為你是個人才，那你要放在對的舞台，不然老闆會把你當木材燒。
早在多年前，誰想的到遠航、亞力山大、力霸衣蝶會倒！

如果一年以後，你被迫馬上離開這裡，你有多少優勢能讓你快速轉換理想跑道？

如果十年以後，你被迫中年失業，你那時剩多少優勢能與新世代競爭?



所有的優勢，只能維持半年

英特爾裁員五千人，讓我不禁又嚇出一堆冷汗，這些人，領著高薪，擁有著人人稱羨的頭銜上班時，可曾想到會有這一天。

到底是為什麼？難道他們的專業有問題嗎？能在這些知名企業上班的起碼都有兩把刷子

曾經有個台灣記者訪問『窮爸爸與富爸爸』的作者：「我想要在我的工作上更進一層樓，我應該去精進我的英文嗎？」，這位作者回答他：「難道紐約街頭的乞丐，英文能力比你差嗎？」。

很顯然，不是專業上的問題，這也是多數人始料未及的，總以為只要不斷的精進專業知識，就可立於不敗之地。可惜趨勢不斷地在改變。

MOTOROLA 總代理商的楊貫一，他舉了一個例子：

『一家生產筆記型的電腦公司，因獲利短少，轉而生產手機』。

短短一句話，對公司來說，只是關掉一個獲利少的生產線，而增加一個獲利高的生產線而已。

對當初幫老闆賺進大把銀子的工程師，卻要面臨被裁撤的命運。

『在２０年前，你所擁有的優勢，可以用５年』；

『在１０年前，你所擁有的優勢，可以用２年』；

『而現在，你所擁有的優勢，只能維持半年』！

朋友，用你現在所擁有的能力還能用多久？

有句話說的好：『人要活到老，學到老，而不要活到老，做到老』

很多人說學習啊，沒時間啦！千萬不要等到你有時間，卻來不及的時候就太晚了！

超幸運

点与路 Point and Journey

成功若只是个終點，就太可悲了；
成功是条路，是条美好的路。

所以從一開始就得先要有個清楚的方向。。。若是還沒有方向，就放慢腳步，加強觀察（閱讀，反思），用心尋求（個人經驗---向創造宇宙萬物的耶和華上帝求）。

個人覺得走在成功的道路上，並不是大富大貴，一帆風順，萬事如意。。。反而是在風浪中有喜樂。

你怎麼看你自己？

有一位牧師的女兒，她天生就是一位腦性痲痺患者，且無法言語。

但，她卻靠著無比的毅力與信仰的扶持，在美國拿到了藝術博士，並到處現身說法幫助他人。

有一次，她應邀到一個場合演「寫」（不能講話的她必需以筆代口），會後發問時，一個學生當眾小聲的問：「妳從小就長成這個樣子，請問你怎麼看你自己？妳都沒有怨恨嗎？」

這個無心但尖銳的問題讓在場人士無不捏一把冷汗，深怕會深深刺傷了她的心。

只見她回過頭，用粉筆在黑板上吃力地寫下了「我怎麼看自己？」這幾個大字。

她笑著再回頭看了看大家後，又轉過身去繼續寫著：

一、我好可愛！

二、我的腿很長很美！

三、爸爸媽媽這麼愛我！

四、上帝這麼愛我！

五、我會畫畫！我會寫稿！

六、我有隻可愛的貓！

七、還有……

八、……

忽然，教室內一片鴉雀無聲，沒有人敢講話。

她又回過頭來靜靜地看著大家，再回過頭去，在黑板上寫下了她結論：「我只看我所有的，不看我所沒有的。」

眾人安靜了幾秒後，一下子，全場響起了如雷的掌聲與無數感動的淚水。

那天，許多人因著她的樂觀與見證而得到激勵。

這個樂觀的腦性痲痺患者是誰？

她，就是美國南加州大學藝術博士，在台灣開過多次畫展的黃美廉女士。

「我只看我所有的，不看我所沒有的。」

幸福，不在於您擁有多少事物，乃在於您用怎樣的態度去看待、享受自己現下所擁有的一切。

若是能這樣，即便您看似一無所有，也能比那些大富豪或身體健壯但成天愁眉苦臉的人們更快樂、更富有。

Fall

In our life, fall usually makes us fell bad and sad, I'll said indeed it's and I think no one will deny it. But some how this few words come out of my mind few days ago - "Fall is just part of the season" . It encourage me every time I fall and remind me always to get the best prepare when ever I could, because those able to enjoy the scenery of fall, are those who are already prepare for the winter and waiting for the spring to come.And for those who are lack of prepare, fall is the bell that warning you, your nightmare is coming soon. So always get prepare, and it's OK to fall, because fall is just part of the season.

You're better than that

这一段话在我第一次看Rocky Balboa 6就非常喜欢 。。。

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that!

WHY

Wanna share this video is because I really like the way they shoot, the editing and especially the idea and a story which they wanna let us know - WHY ? Really super like what the athletes answer the question why ... try to listen and maybe take some notes if you found something worth to keep for your life ^_^

Road to Success 成功之路

 

大约是今年年头，打算寻找张照片然后将它给打印出来，并加个相框好让我能够拿来美化我的工作室。在这网络发达的时代，当然就上网去找是最方便不过的选择，但始终还是无法找到能让我满意的。找啊找。。翻啊翻。。。无意间就看到这张很美又有意思的照片，其中华文的翻译就是“你会知道你已经踏上成功之路，如果你愿意完成你的工作并且可以不要求任何报酬”当时内心真的就莫名的高喊到“哇！这就是我多年以来对于成功与奋斗所抱着不放的信念。” 

是的，一件事情能让我们不计报酬的去做去奋斗，那这一件事情必然是一件我们非常有热诚的事，所以我们就会将它完成到我们内心当中所设的目标才罢休。反之，我们会时时刻刻去计算能从其中多少报酬的一件事，就自然不会让我们用一颗奋斗的心将其完成，自然的其果效便只会按照其中的报酬成正比。

但是最后我还是没有把这照片打印出来，并加个相框然后挂在工作室里。因为，突然想到，等下合作伙伴看到会不会以为我不打算发薪水给他们。。。囧rz 。。。所以就把它留在自己的电脑荧幕上，时刻提醒自己这信念。

Ho ! 工作就是在让自己踏在完成梦想的路上，真的很棒。非常感恩，感谢天父，很早就让我明白这道理，更感恩现今能将之分享与路过的朋友们。 朋友已经踏在成功的路上了吗？已经找到可以让自己宁可耗尽一生的一切来奋斗的方向了吗？

最后送上另外一个我非常喜欢的句子：“奋斗的动机应该是让自己的生命成为别人的祝福，才不会在功成名就时，反而换来空虚。”

Culture of Seed Sharing 分享好种子的文化

    美国南方某州，每年都举办南瓜优种大赛，有一个农夫经常获头奖。他得奖之后，总是毫不吝惜地将得奖的种子送给街坊邻居。有人问他：“你的奖项来之不易，投 入了大量的时间和精力做品种改良，为什么却这么慷慨地将种子送给别人呢？难道不怕超越你吗？”这位农夫回答：“我将种子分送给大家，帮助大家，其实就是帮 助我自己！”
    原来，这位农夫所居住的城镇，家家户户的田地都彼此相连。农夫将得奖的种子分送给邻居，邻居们就有了优良南瓜品种，这样在蜜蜂在传递花粉过程中所传递的都会是优良品种的花粉，优良品种的花粉所结出来的果实便会是优良的。无形之中整个州的南瓜品种都一直在往一条不断提升的道路上。
     
   也是 因为这个原因我想开始将我所发现到，对我人生道路上很有帮助的任何东西一一的将它们记录在这部落格当中，一方面可以当着收藏好“种子”的地方，另一方面也可以是个管道与别人分享好种子。

   希望你能在这里找到些很棒的种子，好让他可以你人生道路上，长出一棵很棒的植物来，或许是一棵大树，在那炎热的太阳下为你遮阴；或许是棵藤，在你跌到谷底时助你爬回来，重新奋斗；或许是棵果树，为你结出营养丰富的果子。。。然后就请帮我完成我的一个大梦想，那就是继续将好种子传给下一个人 ^_^ 一起将好种子传到世界各地。
